Preparing Tonic:
Take all the herbs from the bag and place into a pot ( Not an Aluminum pot)
Add 1½ Gallons of distilled water
Bring to a boil for 15 minutes
Then turn fire to low and let brew for 4 to 6 hours
Then drink throughout the day
You have to constantly brew tonic there are no preservatives in it.
if you are not able to brew it everyday then strain herbs and freeze it then you can rebrew it when you are ready.
After the first brew you only have to brew for 30 to 45 minutes
